Online purchases have a 30-day return policy. In-store purchases have a 15-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an online return, please contact us at email@example.com. Once your claim has been accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You may also come in-store with your order and proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender at their own expense.
Products that have been worn, washed and/or damaged (therefore, not returned in the same condition as it was shipped) will be refused and/or subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Return shipping fees are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the item is defective; in which case, EXO Inc.(EXOSHOP.com) will pay for shipping to its conditions.
EXO Inc. (EXOSHOP.com) shall not be held responsible for returned parcels/envelopes which are late, lost, misdirected, postage-due, illegible or damaged.
Shipping will be charged if your order is modified to a total that does not qualify for free shipping.
